Everything you find on this website is written by me and only me. I know how to build muscle and lose fat. I have been lifting weights for almost 10 years now. I don't want you to make the same mistakes that I did. I have written this website for you. I want to help you avoid mistakes.

I call this combination a complete weight lifting program and this is why I have named this website Weight Lifting Complete. You're already well on your way to getting that dream body.
