Something funny has happened to me and I just needed to share it. So I just joined this site no more than 2 days ago. It seems like a very short period of time for me to have seen a change, but its there. So I wanted to share.
Basically, I feel EXITED! exited to be here, exited to start my diet and work out regime. And this is quite different than what I've ever experienced before. You see, before it felt like a drag. Like something I knew I needed to do but just didn't have the will to do it. I feel happy that I can come here and read about what everyone else is saying. knowing that there are other people sharing my struggles. Honestly it is almost unreal that I can talk about this with out being angry or hurt. I thank you all for sharing your stories, and for giving me the opportunity of a fresh start without the extra weight of the burden (no pun intended
). lol
