I am the king of weight swings, keep at it, you'll trend lower if you maintain your exercise routine and watch your intake. __________________
No reason to diet, subscribe to food services, have surgery or take diet pills. Learn to eat right, count calories and exercise. If 400+lb people on Biggest Loser can do it, so can you!

| Re: confession  your right a pound is a pound. if that keeps up i'll lost 4-5 lbs a month. that would be terrific. now i got my scale i want to weigh myself everyday, but i think that would be disappointing.

I definitely would just stick to weighing in once a week as weight can fluctuate. . 4-5lbs in the month would be fab - people who lose weight slowly through exercise and healthy eating tend to keep the weight off! xxx

just eat 1000 cal yesterday. going to have me a cup of corn flakes and one peice of wheat toast for breakfast. feeling tired today. i hate that you just can't seem to wake up.
