counting calories is best. just figure out your natural calorie loss by using an easy to find calorie calculator online. just google search it and eat less than that. I recommend making it at least 500 less than you burn. You can do this with a combination of excersise and diet or just diet like I do. If you stick to just 500 or so less you wont be starving. I eat a little over a thousand less and then any excersise I do is extra. It really does work and doesnt require a ton of time to figure out what to eat. Plus nothing is off limits its just what your willing to eat. Because a 400 calorie slice of pizza doesnt look as good as a mountain of carrots. I still enjoy everything I like just not as often, but thats by choice. I could if I wanted to eat less during the day. Its a very felxible eating plan. Start this way and later you can start with only healthy foods but you should get used to the calorie intact first.
