| Re: What is wrong if watching what you eat, and exercising with no weight loss? Silly girl, relax it'll come. What was your caloric intake and macro split for yesterday? Until we find out how much LBM you have we can't get a good daily calorie range for you. Since you could possibly be around 80lbs LBM that would put you at around 800 calories a day to lose 2lbs a week. If you have been averaging 1000 calories a day for over 7 days and you haven't dropped anything ( need to weigh yourself 1st thing in the morning post potty time) then drop calories to 900 and see what happens. Wash rinse repeat until you start dropping. This process could be eliminated by a BF test....

I know it will happen. I am just wondering. I am concerned that in the past 6 days I think I hit 1200 calories 2 times. I am desperate to get this weight gone. But of course AM NOT starving myself I promise.

- | 896 calories and you exercised too? honey i think you need to eat more than that. more like 1500 calories not 900 calories.

You didn't say how tall you are so no way to know how realistic your goals are...To go below 1200 calories a day sounds a little drastic. How many calories would you be able to maintain the weight you want to be? And is that realistic?
I am only 5'0" tall, but at 68 years old carry more weight than I did at 18 to 25 so I think also has to do with age how much a person can lose. The older I get, the harder it is to lose weight and also to keep it off.
