| Re: Where shall I start Thanks i tried the low fat app 10 years ago and it worked good then a few years ago i did the adkins diet lost app 40 lbs but doubled the weight back in no time so say i might want to try the low cal diet ok thanks
Also may i ask where is a good site to find recipes for low cal diet any suggestions thanks
