| when you start to really work , a good work when somebody overweighed go into a restaurant , sit at a table , three times a day , there is somebody sitting at the next table to him , that will tell him again the same things . They speak nicely , they want help , but still upset . You seems to be a good guy , but if i may give you an advice , you should eat every day healthy food , the supermarket packaging staff are not real nutrition . Jogging half an hour every day and you can have a body in perfect shape . and euuh also i think that sleeping too much , sleeping during the daytime ,makes fat . An overweighed person faces this situation three times a day , but even if it’s partly due to that , even knowing this , a lot of overweighed people don’t lose weight . They are still overweighed . For some , even Knowing this , they are still fat Even if it’s true and knowing this , some people manage to get slimmer , But other people don’t get slimmer knowing this . Then ,their must be another reason . When you are at home too often , to much temptation . you always think of drinking a soda , or eating a sugar things , or eating a pizza instead of the real eggs tomatoes carrot apple meal . But if you have an exiting job , a job you like , with challenges . A job their is rewarding if you do it well . A job you learn knowledge’s . A job , you make something useful for people , for the society . A job their is a good mood . Not an easy job , you have little to do , you get bored , you talk during hours with colleagues . With a real passionate job , then you don’t think any more eating candy bars or drinking sodas during the day time , then you don’t think about the fridge , Your temptation vanish , you have something better to do . Your willingness is strong now . Your body get in better shape . You have new project for the future . At noon you eat with colleagues at the company restaurant , the food is relax , tasty no problem , already cooked . You are in society now , not often alone at home or with the same persons . |
