Any info? | The ideal body is what makes you happy. .....and of course what makes you healthy should have an impact in that decision.
That being said, there is no ideal body that works for everyone. Online body fat calculators are not the most accurate, and cannot compensate for water weight, muscle mass, frame, etc, so don't look into them too much.

| Re: What is an ideal body fat %? According to the WHO (world health organization), anything between 21 and 33% at your age is considered "healthy"
The American Council on Exercise and says women's body fat should be 14-31%.
The American Dietetic Association recommends that women have 20-25% body fat, and healthy female athletes could be as low as 10-20%.
Based on your body fat percentage you are doing good.

| Re: What is an ideal body fat %? Theoretical numbers provided by online calcs do not mean much of anything and are not useful. You gotta test it. Dip tank best, electrical resistance next best when done thru the feet. Those hand held testers are next, but not very accurate, just consistent.
