I decided to start a new thread since I'm not weighin in on Monday's anymore and there are alot of people that have different weigh in days.

So I weighed in this morning and I've lost another 2 lbs!!! I'm down to 212 lbs. I'm so happy and proud of myself. I wasnt sure if I would lose this week though. I havent really exercised all week since I've had shin splints. I've been trying to take it easy and let my legs heal. But I did spend 8 hours helping my dad dig a ditch and fencing in an area of their yard for their dog and moving brush and branches to the burn pile and just that day alone I probably burned more calories or as many calories as I would have all week. I did mow the lawn yesterday took me 70 min to do it but it got done plus I talked my sister into walking with me. We only went about 1 1/2 miles but the last half mile we had 3 little ones with us and it was dark. But it was movement.

Cogratulation on losing 2lb. Sounds like you did lots of yard work. Way to go. Your bones much be feeling it. My husband tries to get me to walk. But, I don't like people to see me. Got to get over it. I'm suppose to go to the Drs. Thurs. but, my husband is going out of town (GA). We are going to be moving up there in Nov. (in FL. right now). Maybe I can take a cab.

Have you thought about going for a walk after dark? Or if you have a yard walk around the back yard or even just walk around your house back and forth...you might wear a path in the floor but any movement is better than none.

I got grown in woods all around my small yard. Walking at dark is a idea. Thank you. Was on my step machine. It work like a bike, but you step up and down instead of sitting. It' old but does the trink.

well faye any movement is better than none. anytime you move you burn calories and the more you burn the more lbs you'll lose so keep moving

my cheapo scale says i went to 197 then i walked and it says 193

ive been eating spaghetti and pizza

i cant find foods i like that lose weight

Not following a eating plan right now. Have to get to the store and get healthy food. We are on a buget. So, i don't know what i can get. Just watching my cals.

Fay, do you ever weigh yourself? I use to alot but now I just let the nurse at the doctors office weigh me when I go see my docotr. I go quite often, usually every two months.

I get them all from photobucket.
Just type in photobucket in search and when it comes up go into it and then register for it and you will have it. Its all free.... Put it in a file in you mail box so its handy.
You can do alot with it. Make your own photo album , store and search for fun images to post on your posts here.
I will help you with it to show your how to get your images but first you need to register for it. Its really easy to use.

I've been tring to work the site the best I can. Do you make a quick reply on the last page, last one that post, Or, can you jump in at anytime? That when everyone is talking together. I know you can communicate from e-mail to e-mail. I'm learning, it's just going to take time.
