we know that the key to loosing weight is drink pleant of water. I find this very hard. Do it defeat the purpose if I put a slice of lemon in the 250ml bottle of water that I drink?

Re: water

I normally add a bit of raspberry syrup to my water. I drink up to 3litres a day doing this. So if lemon works for you, use it! It's better than nothing...

Re: water

Yes. of course. Raspberry syrup has sugar, but I use about 1/2tblspoons per 1.5litres. but I do count it in my daily calorie intake.

Re: water

yeah... I do pee every 10min or so...

I try to drink 1.5 L before lunch and 1.5 L after lunch. I just put the water bottle next to me and drink everytime I look at it. It gets easier afetr a while. (hopefully).
I just hope the peeing slows down before my boss thinks I've got the "runs" every day!! And then, after dinner, I don't eat or drink anything else until the next day.
