still losing

Talking still losing

Ok wow. I lost another 2lbs this week. And I'm so pleasantly surprised. This week has been on of the most stressing fore me in a long time. I've been dealing with me being sick my kids being sick my boyfriend being sick my x's kid being sick and staying at my house cause he is in the hospital and the doctors cant decide if he has lung cancer and a brain tumor or just brain tumors. I havent been exercising at all and havent been eating right. There were some days that i only ate one meal sometimes didnt even get 1000 calories in a day and in the past eating to little meant i'd gain weight. I dont know why but i lost 2 more lbs that makes 18lbs to date. Maybe the changes i've been making has increased my metabolism and that is why i still lost when i ate so little. Well whatever it was i'm just happy that i'm still losing.

The reason you lost weight was because you ate less calories than your body burned, end of story. I know this isn't ideally how you want to do it, but that's what we try to teach people how to do. Eat less than your body uses. It's that simple.

in the past if i didnt eat at least 1200 calories a day i would gain instead of lose i'm not complaining i'm glad i'm losing as long as it is healthy weight loss is weight loss no matter how i lose it i just wanna be healthy and i worry that my eating less than 1000 calories a day isnt healthy i just dont want to eat and when i do my stomach becomes upset....i'm sure it is just the stress i'll just have to make myself eat
