For those of you who have lost 60 pds or more, what condition is your skin in? I'm afraid after I loose this 70 pds that I will need to have corrective surgery because of sagging skin because I'm 54-yrs-old. . Is this true? What has been your experience? Just wondering if I need to save up money for the plastic surgeon.
I haven't lost that much weight (yet), but I do know is that exercise helps reaffirm the skin. Also, drink lots of water and keep your body hydrated. It will help prevent saggy skin and stretch marks.
