Hope this don't sound too strange. Someone told me that when you get ready to go on a diet, take a picture of yourself in your under wear. Then after you have been on the diet for a while, take another picture. They told me that when you see the difference in the before, and after you will be more motivated. Well today I got out my camera, set the timer, and took the picture. HOLY !@$%.

I only thought the looking in the mirror was bad. I tell you one thing, I am more motivated now than I have ever been. Has anyone else ever done this. It was even suggested by my Dr. He said "take the picture out every day and take a good look at it, and you will find the motivation you are looking for." So I loaded the picture in my journal where I write down what I have eaten for the day. Do you guys think this is a bad practice? Gimme some feedback!
