| Ok weighted myself today.... Have been using my work scale. LOL
Last Monday is said 135 and today................
131.
Could that be water weight? Or is this a good thing? And not to mention this....but you ladies will understand.....I think "that time" is rounding the corner.......
I want to be happy but just not believing it right now.

| Re: Ok weighted myself today.... If that time was coming around the corner, wouldn't you be gaining a lb. or two from bloating, etc, and not losing weight? Regardless 131lbs is a good start, and who knows, maybe a lb. of that is water weight?
I think you're just seeing results of your efforts.
