| Ok so it finally happened....not losing anymore. :( I thought it would happen at some point. I have officially stopped losing. I weighted myself today and it said 124. However that was with clothes on, no shoes just clothes. So I am still guessing around 123. Hopefully. I have been trying to increase my calories. Trying.....
And now I have been lifting a bit for what a week now. (was mainly doing eliptical on high settings and burning tons of calories)
Help me.

I just pray I am gaining muscle.....

Don't give up though. Just give it a little more time.
Keep taking your measurements too! Then you can at least see the inches coming off

I just pray I am gaining muscle..... | Only three was to tell for sure, tape measure, clothes and how they fit, and ideally hydrostatic water testing.
Something else to consider is that as you lose more weight, your calorie requirements change. Also, have you taken a break from your calorie deficit that you've had setup for a while?

| Re: Ok so it finally happened....not losing anymore. :( I have increased my intake to 1200. Well that is my goal anyway. I am using the tape measure, the clothes....sure. Yeah not body fat testing for me for a while.

| Re: Ok so it finally happened....not losing anymore. :( I've seen cases of people, especially women, having to drop to 8 calories per pound with cardio and resistance training.
That said, how long have you been dieting straight, without break? As OD was eluding to, sometimes a break is all that's needed to sort of 'metabolically reset' some adaptations brought on from chronic dieting.
By break, I mean eating around maintenance for a good week or so. |

| Re: Ok so it finally happened....not losing anymore. :( I have been eating clean since mid July. I mean I have had cheat days here and there. Yesterday I cheat.  I don't like doing that. Just recently I have been lifting, doing pull ups, walking lunges, leg press and so on....and drinking more protein. Trying to up my calories a bit.
