| Ok one more I promise I will stop :( Wondering if it is normal to go back and forth between a pound or two. I mean I am still 129 as of this morning and that is great. But feel more "bloated" almost. (no no not like that). Anyone have any ideas. The still feel like I have slimmed down a tiny bit but not sure.....maybe this is in my head.

| Re: Ok one more I promise I will stop :( I sometimes feel a little bloated if the day before I did not have enough water to drink. I'm not sure if there's any scienfic explaination for that, but if I didn't have enough water one day, then the next day I always feel bloated. Might just be me...

For me alot is anything more that 8 oz. Yeah I know....
So so far I have had about 40 oz. And I will drink water when I get home after working out and with dinner. And with my tiny bladder it is tough for me. Trust me really really I have a tiny bladder. I can only hold 1/3 of what a normal bladder can.

My job requires me to drive all day, which makes it really easy to drink lots of water, but difficult to find a place to answer the call of nature since I try really really hard to avoid public washrooms at all costs.
I curse my tiny bladder all the time...

You're drinking the bare minimum for what an inactive person should drink in general. For someone losing fluids at the gym and dealing with 110 degree weather.....well you get the idea.

I curse my tiny bladder all the time... | There's always Depends? Most women I know HATE public bathrooms. Not such a big deal for guys, however our bathrooms are always stubstantially messier than women's bathrooms.

Yeah I have been told to drink as much as possible and hold it as long as possilble. But for me that is out of the question. So I will continue to drink as much as I can. I know it is not "enough" but for me it is a start.
Yeah mens bathrooms are messier but woman are not the perfect either. Pretty gross actually in some bathrooms. So yes you men have it easier.

As far as bathrooms go, easier depends. #1 yes, #2 no. #3 no.

| Re: Ok one more I promise I will stop :( Yes I have had surgery for a bladder issue of mine. To see how much fluid my bladder can hold. It took her 4 tries to stretch my bladder to get it to hold a normal amount. May be getting that done again in the future.
