well nothing is free but i myself use the south beach diet as an example of the foods i should be eating i dont follow it strictly but i'm pretty close. i ate nothing but meat and veggies for the first 2 weeks then started adding back the good carbs all whole grains walmart has some really good whole grain flat breads and pita breads. if you count your calories and eat less you'll start to lose weight. it is a slow process about 1-2 lbs a week but it is better to do it more slowly than to lose a bunch all at once. i've lost 18lbs in about 6 weeks and i feel so much better than i did 6 weeks ago. i have alot more energy and alot of my health problems are already correcting themselves....now if only my asthma would go away
