| Re: Need help - urgently So what do you usually eat in a day? You said that you are suffering from nutrition habits. What do you usually eat then? Maybe you could find substitudes for all the unhealthy products! And you might restart exercising. By the way why did you stop sporting? Something like jogging is great and I do it quite often! |

| Re: Need help - urgently Hi
it is like a curse. First I had an accident and torned my sinew. So that is the reason why I stopped. Now I am in treatment to heal. So actually I eat pretty normal, like cereals to breakfast, a lot of salad and white meat. Shure sometimes I had chocolate or candym but in a moderate amount. But since I am without work out, I get every week like one kilo on top. I know that it is because of missing activity. But what shall I do?
So in an other Forum I`ve heard about a diet or weight loss pill. It is called redusyn. So now I am asking myself which effect could these compound bring me? Is it really useful to diminish my hunger and get rid of my overweight?
If you could help or anyone else.
thx a lot...

| Re: Need help - urgently Oh I am so sorry that you had an accidents and I really hope that you had enough time to recover during the last months.
One kilo each week? That's a lot and especially because I don't think that your bahaviour of eating is wrong. And as long as you eat candies and stuff like that in moderation it shouldn't have such a negative effect on your weight. But I am not sure yet if a diet pill like redusyn might help you. Of course it would deminish your feeling of being hungry. But how many calories do you usally take up a day? |

I've been injured since Oct with my shoulder and my achilles tendon so I can't lift heavy or run but I still keep exercising and I haven't put on weight.

latoya | Diet pills are a waste of money, I wouldn't bother. Your best bet is to start counting your calories and writing down what you're eating.

latoya | Hey Latoya,
Stay away from pills. Mystery pills or from the pharmacy, there's no magic bullet, plus they could be harmful. You can help yourself, you really, really can. A suggestion? Take out "The Castaway," that Tom Hanks movie, and watch it. Imagine yourself marooned on a desert island. What's also interesting is that they shot the movie in reverse. Hanks first piled on the weight, getting ready for the role, then actually lost it as they filmed.
Watch especially for his emotional transformation, in addition to his physical transformation.
Best, best of luck to you. Also, patience. That's what weight loss takes -- determination, steady daily plugging, and...patience.

I think that there are many people in this forum who advise people not to take diet pills although they haven't ever tried them or at least know somebody who has made bad experiences with diet pills.I don't want to say that diet pills are great - I don't know yet - but I don't say to stay away from them until I really know why. |

| Re: Need help - urgently i know lots of people that have tried diet pills after diet pills after diet pills they lose weight while they are on them and as soon as they stop taking them they gain it all back plus some and some of those people now have a non working thyroid because of all the diet pills they took among other health problems from the pills. i've done plenty of research on different pills and keep finding that everyone i've talked to that took them couldnt keep the weight off there are to few people that have been successful that i'm aware of that has lost weight with diet pills and kept it off for me to want to take pills or to suggest someone else take them. if there really were a pill that worked america sure wouldnt be so fat. i know i wouldnt be. i'll be the first to admit that i'm lazy or was lazy about my health and weight and would like an easy way out of the mess i've gotten myself into but there isnt one. so i'm off my duff and workin out and eating, although sometimes i think i'm not eating enough. (i gotta start my food diary again)

| Re: Need help - urgently But you prove that people have lost weight while took them, don't you? Of course I don't want a non working thyroid afterwards and this is the reason why I am trying to find as much information about it as possible. And then I am going to make my decision. Maybe you are right but I don't know yet. I am sure that some diet pills very dangerous and you shouldn't take them at all but maybe redusyn is different - if not I won't take it. I promise! |

While risking these dire outcomes, patients also suffer from severe jitteryness and inability to sleep.
Hope this helps.

Plus any weight loss isn't really weight loss, it's just water & the weight comes right back. Meanwhile the person is seriously damaging their health. Heart muscle damage and death are common, er, side effects.

| Re: Need help - urgently But I think it is the same with diets. Most people also gain all the weight back once they have stopped being on a diet. In only effective method is a change of lifestyle and this is not so easy as we talked about it before. And I am sure that even with diet pills you won't lose nothing but water during the first time, but it's the same with diets, isn't it? But it is just during the first time! |

that is why you dont go on a "fad diet" you change your way of life your way of eating your way of thinking of food and your way of living instead of watching tv all day go on a 30 min walk instead of eating till you are full stop eating once you no longer feel hungry then when you feel hungry a couple hours later have a small healthy snack like some carrots or an apple you cant change the way you eat temporarily and expect it to be a permanant change you have to change permanantly and if you arent willing to no matter what you do even take diet pills you wont be successful

| Re: Need help - urgently Well but you want to keep the changed lifestyle, won't you? But the new lifestyle is based on losing weight and I am sure that you don't want to keep on losing weight forever :-) So I believe that you need to get rid of the stupid overweight first and afterwarts you should change your way of life in order to keep you perfect weight you have reached |

| Re: Need help - urgently Hello
many, many thxs for all the support from you. A lot of informations to digest. While I am was searching for information a friend told me about Redusyn. She told me that she already used the stuff and lost a lot of weight in a short time. She said that she had no side effects as discribed here in the forum. She took the capsules for over 12 weeks and lost nearly 20 kilos. Thats great. I don`t need to loose that much weight but to be honest, that is a great result. During the weeks taking Redusyn she had a special diet meal with lower fat and a lot of proteins. Her problem ist the same as mine, she can`t exercise like she want to. So I would like to know if there is anyboby who knows about Redusyn and can tell about her/his experiences with it. If she wouldn`t be a friend I couldn`t believe this.
regards

regards | That sounds amazing, latoya! It seems like your friend has found a great way how to lose weight. I think it is perfect not just taking a diet pill but combing it with a low fat nutrition. You might lose even more if you were able to exercise.
I talked to one of my friends yesterday because I was wondering if she knew kioslim. Unfortunately she didn't but she tired redusyn as well. She said that she had lost 23lbs in about 8 weeks. And she didn't even combine it with healthy balanced food!
Do you think she should give redusyn a try too? |
