You may all remember that today is weigh in day. I will be weighing in this evening as I have no scales at home (probably why I am this big). You need to reply with todays weight and this weeks weigh loss/gain. If you want this as a new challange and what this as week 1 (i do). Just put in todays weight and your name. The next person copy it so it becomes like a list so:
