pooh i didnt lose even one lb this week but then i didnt gain either. I didnt think I had lost I hadnt been eating right this week. i skipped to many meals. and only exercised twice. Shame on me. I gotta get myself into gear and get off my butt again.

I was actually doing really well last week (I was down to 178 on thurs!) until the weekend. I went to visit my grandmother and my aunt who was down from ohio, and due to thunderstorms/ tornado warnings, I was stuck there all weekend. My aunt is a really good cook, and I usually don't get yummy food at school, and I went a bit overboard, not to mention that I got bored being stuck inside all weekend. At least I didn't gain from last week
hope everyone else had a better week than I did!

| Re: Monday Weigh in I lost a half a pound this week. I was really expecting to gain this week. I had a lot of trouble sleeping this week due to the time change.  Just felt tired and worn out all week,  and ate a bunch of stuff I shouldn't have! So I'm really excited I still lost.

| Re: Monday Weigh in Just out of curiosity... is it easier to lose more pounds per week when you have more to lose overall? It seems that even on weeks that I eat like an angel (tons of fruits/veggies, chicken, etc.. with no excess carbs or sugars) I still only lose 1.5 lbs. I realize a 1-2 lb weight loss is the healthy way to do it, but it's frustrating.
Last week, I went on a 6 hour hike, ran up and down these stairs that go down to the beach called "1001 Steps" (although there is only actually 400 steps) 10 times, then took my dog on a 2 hour walk right after to help lessen the burn in my calves, went to the gym twice, did yoga once, and didn't go near any candy. I only lost 1 measly pound.
