I hadn't weighed myself for quite a long time, as I had been too busy to keep up my healthy regimen to my standards, but to my misbelief I have lost 4lbs since the last time I stepped on a scale!!
I had not been counting my calories as often as I should have nor have I been going to the gym as much either, nevertheless I was able to will myself into eating less. I guess it worked?
