| Let me ask a weird question.... Now I know the first thing to do when you are trying to lose weight it STOP drinking soda and such.....then cut calories and so on.
But what if you NEVER drink soda, juice, kool aid, nothing. Only water (however not enough water).
Has anyone been in my shoes before? I really to be honest don't drink enough of anything.
I am NOT a candy crazy and don't eat sweets either. So cutting those out was easy.
Wishing this could be easier. LOL

Wishing this could be easier. LOL | I've done that before, many times. It's not easy but it does make a big difference. Some people drink diet sodas with 0 calories instead of dropping soda completely. The only negative is that studies have shown that the sweeteners used in diet Sodas can actually make you crave sweets even more than normal! Also, you can buy flavored bottled water, or get these little 5 calorie crystal lite packets that sweeten water if it helps.

| Re: Let me ask a weird question.... I was thinking that too. Crystal Light. I just need to drink more water in general. It is just weird that I have so much energy and am so bubbly without having ANY caffeine each day. I mean I don't drink anything. LOL

Wishing this could be easier. LOL | water is the best thing in the world for you so drink a lot! i shoot for 16 8oz glasses a day and i think that helps. it is not easy, but it is worth it in my opinion. Quote:

LOL | maybe try decaf coffee since you do not need caffeine anyway? someone on here posted something about good tasting flavored water, so you may want to search for that.

| Re: Let me ask a weird question.... Reading this reminded me. I haven't had any water since this morning and it's 4pm. Guess I'll go drink some water. I haven't seen anyone on this web site today. Is there anyone out there?

| Re: Let me ask a weird question.... I threw away my old weighing scale.
I replaced it with a new one that measures 2 things that are FAR MORE important than pounds or kilos:
1. body fat% - I keep this at 15% or less
2. hydration - the goal is at least 65% or more
These new scales are inexpensive...like $30-$40 at walmart. |
