Greetings from Julie

Hi,
I am Julie.

Welcome Julie,
organic can be good but every expensive for some of us. Whole grains and healthy non organic foods can give you the same benifits. But everyone has to find what works best for their own bodys and I would love to hear about your achievements.

53 lbs wt.loss is remarkable. I am reducing 1 lb per week.

Hi,
I agree with you. By "Organic", I mean natural foods. Like for example, Apple, Yoghurt etc. I am reducing 1 lb per week by having the combination of "Subliminal Audio" & "17 Recommended Foods".

My current loss is between 1 and 2 lbs a week. But if I have to many days like the last couple thats going to stop. Tring to regain control. grrr its sooo hard somedays.

Everyone has a few bad days once in a while, and you know as well as I do that the key is to be consistent over the long haul. You've done a great job so far, and I have full confidence that you'll make it to your goal weight by next year.

Thanks for the encouragement we all need it sometimes.
Today was better. I think coming off all those pain meds and predisone started it. I had almost stopped eating while on that stuff. Hubby had to remind me to eat, and now I am starving lol.
I am hoping to get back to walking in a day or two.
Have a good nite all.

Glad to hear things got better for you! Good thing hubby is around to keep you in line

Getting back to walking would be great for you.....you'll hit those goals that much quicker!

How are you feeling physically off the meds now?

I love organic foods, but they're so expensive! I do stop by a Trader Joes or Whole Foods Marketplace once in a while.

Well I walked yesterday and today. And today I went back to the regular meds and just a little bit ago had to take my extra pain pill. So the injections are working now.

I did find out that my good leg is weaker now and has more damage to that side of my back but all is good. I am only one assignment behind in math now. So I have been hard at work. I will be glad when I am all caught up and can start crocheting in the evenings again.
