Exercises to flatten lower abs part 2

Exercises to flatten lower abs, are you looking for them? The yesterday post was about videos tell exercises to flatten lower abs, today I share you more 3 exercises. I and my friends have done these exercises and we can see the belly is melted and skinner. Therefore trust me, you are going to get only the best. There are two things you must do to get the best: be patient and do regularly. Just make sure to do them regularly, patiently to get the best results.


Exercises to flatten lower abs


Here are 3 exercises for lower abs:
  • Lay on your on your back with your legs stretched out on the floor. Put your hands on your sides and rest your head on the floor. Now all you have to do is lift your legs to a 45 degree angle of the ground and then bring them down again, but make sure not to rest your legs on the floor. Repeat this movement for 10 - 15 repetitions and then rest your legs back on the floor.
  • Now the second exercise, continues from where you left of with the first one. Simply raise put your hands behind your head and lift it up of the ground slightly. Now all you do is bring in your legs to your stomach bending at the knees then kick them out again but do not make your legs touch the floor. Repeat this movement 10 - 15 times, and then we will move on to the third exercise.
  • The third exercise you can do, for your lower abs is as follows. Bend your legs at the knees and let both big toes touch, so that your knees are outwards. With your head still in same position from the last exercise, that is slightly off the ground with your hands behind your head for support, rock your legs back and forth using your bum as the pivot point. You should feel it, right where you want it, that is your lower abs.
They are 3 simple and easy to do exercises to flatten lower abs. You should always start with a lower number of repeat and then increase. In first days, you will feel a little pain. But just a little pain, if you start to feel any discomfort or so pain, stop the exercise.

These are tips that I have followed and I want to share them:

After the exercise, massage your stomach with your palms, your stomach is worthy to be awarded that.

Set a picture of a girl with bikini as sexy as possible (=^_^=) as your desktop wallpaper, and every morning, just look at it and ask yourself: "May I have that abs?” If you are a boy, set a picture of a man with 6 pack abs. That's cool, that is a form of hypnosis which makes us stronger, more willing to do these exercises to get a better abs. I have post about hypnosis for weight loss. Just click link to read.
