What's the most weight you've dropped in a period and what was the method?
I went from about 75kg to 59 in about 8-9 days when I first started uni, I simply forgot to eat while I was there :3

20 lbs in two months when I wasn't overweight to begin with... via starvation after my dad died.
I don't recommend it to anyone....
