What is the chance that this weight that is coming off is water weight?
Ok so 126 today. Very exciting. I do fear that it is all water weight though. Any suggestions?

I always thought water weight was only about 3-4 lbs and came off at the very beginning of trying to loose weight. Since you're already down 10 lbs I wouldn't worry about it.

But then again I'm not an expert, so maybe someone else on the board can give some more insight.
