Carb interceptors? Diet pills?

I tried Xenadrine awhile back for like a week, seemed to work okay. Got lazy, a few months have gone by and I'm looking to get a reasonable diet/exercise plan back up.

Good/bad feedback?

I've tried fatburners that worked very well for me. I try to stay away from Ephedra, but I like the slimming effect a little caffeine has on me.

Yeah, I don't think my body would like Ephedra.

So, you think they won't have any long terms effect on me or anything?

A lot of these diet pills have enormous amounts of caffeine, and because of that I would only take them short term. Not good for the heart in the long run.

Re: Carb interceptors? Diet pills?

Just an update, I just started Xenadrine (along with my usual diet and exercise plan) this past Thursday. I'm going to try a two week cycle and see what that nets me.

I weigh 237 (I was 247 not too long ago) right now. I'd like to be well into the 220's by next month, somtime.

Just an FYI, don't start with the max dosage right away....the caffeine amounts are so high in the max recommended dosage that the full dosage gives people the jitters. If you feel jittery at any time back down the dosage a notch. Good luck and report back to us!

I had good success using Lipo-6 fat burners in combination with working out and doing cardio. Don't forget to do cardio while taking these. Without cardio you won't get the full effect of the pills.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you need to take a fat burner for more than just 2 weeks to really get results. Have any success on your two week cycle?
