| Baked Bean Diet Baked Bean Diet
Apparently a 28 year old British man named James Skeates who weighed about 293lbs lost 84lbs on a baked bean diet he went on for 6 months!
A Brit man weighing a massive 133 kilos lost 38 kilos when he went on a baked beans, and ate nothing but that for six whole months.
He ate two cans during the day at work, then ate whole wheat bread, pasta and potatos in the evening when he got back home.
I do NOT recommend this baked bean diet to anyone. It's apparent he just reduced his calories.

Lots of beans!
