| AVOID kebab takeaways, wish i realised this two years ago! i posted this on the handbag foirum but i think its important so will put it here as well:
i was really slim and healthy
till a couple of years ago my work patterns changed i was working evenings not coming home till late so decided to just go to the late night kebab shop,
ive done that sometimes 3 or 4 nights a week for 2 years now, not obviously the same shop every time as that would be embarrasing, but i been eating on a regular basis , donner kebabs for 2 years now
ive noticed a few changes to my body
severe weight gain, im way above what i should be
constant tiredness - im sometimes feeling tired all throughout the day
general sluggishness - dont enjoy walking as much
very VERY slow hair growth
unexplainable mood swings, and sometimes depression for no reason.
amazingly i didnt think for one second to contribute these problems to my eating changes, as this has all occured bit by bit over a couple of years, as in i didnt get all those symptons overnight,
however
today i tried on a t shirt and i was struggling to get it on
i thought to myself " IM NOT TAKING THIS CRAP ANYMORE I WANT TO BE REALLY SLIM AND TO BE PROUD OF WHAT I WEAR"
i googled donner kebabs, and apparently, theres sometimes more fat in a single kebab than in an entire days allowance - can you u believe it.
as well when i even googled what kind of meat it is, the answers left a lot to be desired.
and guess what, in the morning im going to the supermarket, stocking up on apples, low fat slim fast milk shakes and soups, healthy water, and i am turning my life around.
i am quiet sure that this unhealthy fattening meat has mesed up my life the last couple of years, and im glad that im still fairly young, and ive realised it whilst im not astronomically far away from the correct body weight
just a word of advice
STAY AWAY FROM DONNER MEAT, it is the most unhealthy fattening meat you can ever eat, an extra large kebab is about the equivelant of 2 or 3 double whoppers from burger king.
anybody else whos had similar experiences please reply thanks |
