Aloe Vera

Hi, "Aloe Vera's beneficial effects on our digestive system, it has become an efficient and effective aid for weight loss. Aloe Vera helps to reduce and stabilize our body mass index as it promotes the metabolism of fat content"
There's a reader has commented on my blog and said so, maybe it seems weird to me.
Do you think Aloe Vera is helpful for weight loss?

I've never heard of such a thing. Sounds fishy.

Re: Aloe Vera

Only things aloe does is protect skin, taste horrible and it does thoroughly clean you out when used as directed. My Dr had me used that for a while for a natural way to get normal. Like 1 tablespoon in 16oz of water for a week or 2. God that was nasty.

Do you think Aloe Vera is helpful for weight loss?
Aloe Vera does more than you all might think folks.

First of all yes Aloe Vera can encourage your weight loss, due of few reasons.

1. Taking Aloe Vera you are boosting your immunity - which helps via reducing vitamin intake and can leave your immune system weakened. And this is very important when you are trying to loose your weight, to keep your body healthy as possible and with Aloe Vera you definitely can do that.

2.Easier digestion - with Aloe Vera Pill Aloeride, you will improve your digestion and make you feel better from inside out, also very important factor to encourage weight loss.

3. According to medical studies, increased exercise involving long distance running can age your appearance but Aloe Vera pill can rejuvenate your skin and keep it look younger.

And there are many more small factors which can actually effect your weight loss, but healthy body is the most important thing.

Here is the source and official review of it Weight loss pill - Aloeride | Aloe Vera & IBS & Aloeride

Smile Re: Aloe Vera

As a matter of fact Aloe Vera can promote weight loss by up to 30%. What it does is get the villi in your intestinal tract to move, therefore it helps "move things through". It does not taste great, however you can mix it with juice, shake, really just about anything and you won't even notice.

I take 3/4 of a cup twice a day, in the morning and evening, in addition to my current weight loss program.

Hope this helps!!

Re: Aloe Vera

I guess anything that clears out your intestines is helping weightloss, but I would be loathe to try it as I drink enough water to make sure my digestive system is working well! Not heard of using Aloe Vera before xxx

Re: Aloe Vera

Supposedly Aloe Vera is a "panacea" (one of those cure all/heal all remedies). They sell aloe vera juice at health food stores along with books showing everything it helps or cures. I tried a sample of it and thought it was kinda bizarre tasting! I don't know if I could tolerate drinking that on a regular basis!

Re: Aloe Vera

Hi!

I use a polyphenol and sea mineral blend that also contains aloe vera, all in a cherry juice base. I've been using it daily for a couple years and love it! It's the same one used by Team Garmin-Chipotle H3O in the last tour de France. Team Garmin-Chipotle H3O includes Christian Vande Velde, David Millar, Ryder Reseal, and Danny Pate.
