| A Possible Protein Shake... Hey Guys
I've been trying to find a protein shake available in Canada. A lot of the brands you guys talk about on here I googled and are only available in the states. I can order them online, but I'm on a budget right now, so I'd prefer something I can buy locally.
I found one available at my grocery store, and I thought I'd post the nutritional ingredients and see what you guys think of it (seeing as you know way more about protein powers than I).
Calories 137
Fat 1.9 g
Saturates 0.5 g
Polyunsaturates 0.9 g
Monounsaturates 0.4 g
Cholesterol 0 mg
Sodium 186 mg
Potassium 340 mg
Carbohydrate 17 g
Fibre 1 g
Sugars 14 g
Starch 1.5 g
Protein 14 g
I'd be mixing it with a cup of skim milk. Any thoughts?

| Re: A Possible Protein Shake... I don't like that protein shake because it's not a lot of protein for the calories you are getting and it has a decent amount of sugar in it. Let me find something better. In my experience, buying online is almost always cheaper than buying it in the store, not the other way around.
What flavors do you like? Whey Blends
Try ON protein.....low sugar/carb, low fat, low calorie.

I'd be mixing it with a cup of skim milk. Any thoughts? | Try Isagenix, I use those, I noticed they have a link for Canada buyers when I go to order. I mix it with water, but I guess milk would be OK.
Also, if you have a Costco up there, I think they sell whey protein, but I don't think it is flavored. |

| Re: A Possible Protein Shake... Would you be interested in egg whites?
You can buy a carton of liquid egg white (16 eggs worth) for apx $3 in canada. 4 eggs of egg whites have 14grams of protein and only 69 calories. And it would make a great light meal. Or part of a bigger one. Another option is Tuna (although not everone likes tuna) but 1/2 can of tuna has only 50calories and 12grams of protein.
I know you were asking for protein shakes, but here are a couple of great options that would double as a meal.
