| A little update about my progress
Well, today I did exercise for an hour and a half and I'm dead tired. I started this week routine with 30 minutes and it was hard, but not as today. whuuuffffff I started to sweat like a pig after 30-45 minutes but it was fun, fun, fun, fun. I'm cooling off for a little bit now, and getting ready to start home duties (clean house) hehehe. I'll keep updating!

Hey, great!
Sometimes I dread stopping and exercising until I actually do it and realize that it can be quite fun. I enjoy it more than watching movies or anything else, really, especially when it comes to exercising outside.  Glad you enjoyed your workout!

Yup, tomorrow I'm planning on going to the park with my little sister to walk a little. She's off from school tomorrow so we'll have a sister-sister day lol

Nothing like enjoying exercise....sometimes that's the hard part is getting motivated to do it!
What kind of exercise did you do? I'm going to move this to the blog forum as that is where everyone tracks their progress!

Well I'm using this girl's techniques YouTube - mrhead09's Channel I feel beat up lol now im going to the park to ride bikes with my little sis. I'll post pics later
