Basically you cut out all of your added fats like oils, sugars and you cut out all added salt. You just eat natural food with the natural flavors and trust me its hard at first but you will see the fat melt off of you. I lost 10 lbs the first week which I know most if not all was water weight, but you feel so much better no bloating, no swelling, more energy etc etc. I can go on and on about it. Also another important note we all have different body types not all are the same so you eat food on a plan that is specified to your specific body type and metabolism and it speeds it up which helps in loosing the weight.
