
Hi all,
I'm new. this whole weight thing is all new to me. I have always been in great shape, ran 5 miles a day, worked out, yada yada yada. My partner and I adopted two special needs kids and the stress became at times unbearalbe. With that, I started to stress eat and cant stop. I had no time for the gym, run, or anything. I am now almost 260 lbs.

I cant even walk down the street without huffing and puffing....
So I joined here to read and learn from the pros on weight loss. I gotta do something since now my kids are doing really well, and the stress, well, it isnt that stressful anymore.
