Hi,

I did pilates for a while and it worked wonders! The first time I did it, I was sore for a week. Try it! The only thing you have to lose is lbs...

Pliates is an awesome workout. I did it for a while few years back, but I lost my motivation. I got discouraged by some people that were in my life back then I might start doing it again. Tai Chi is another good workout, especially if you cant do anything strenuis (sp) it is very calming and centering.
