Hi there,
I have been in an online diet challenge and most recently a video challenge. I have been able to lose 40 pounds so far. I've got about 20 more to lose. I'd give you the website of where my videos are, but I don't think this site allows me to give you my website. If you want it, you can certainly ask me for it. There's only one week left anyway, but I do have 7 videos posted so far.
Anywho, I'm here to see if I can help anyone, to see if there might be tips that I could use that I haven't already and to just have another source for ideas to stay healthy. It never hurts to get as much information as possible, right?
