| New here have a few questions Hi im new here started a diet about a month and a half ago. Just counting calories no extra excersise. But I do walk for 2 hours and 15 minutes a day at work. mon-fri and live on a thrid floor apt so I do get some excersise. Any way I started at 480 and there is no scale that goes above 400 that I can find. I wanted to know if anyone here knows of a scale that goes to 500 or maybe even more. Last scale I got on said 440 but it had a 330 weight limit so I doubt thats accurate. I got my weight when I was working overtime at a Waste Management facility on the scale used to weigh dump trucks how sad is that? well thats not my regular post so I cant use that again. So any help would be awesome. Something under 50 bucks is my price range so nothing to pricey if you have some links or something. Also I wanted to hear peoples thoughts on Diet soda cause I drink a lot and its debated on all the time. So do any of you know if it effects weight lose? I know it makes you hungry Im ok with that part. Thanks for any help.

| Re: New here have a few questions I'm also counting calories to , do little excersise (which is changing). I don't know of any scale the goes that high 500 pounds, but it is niece you have a way to wiegh yourself. As, of yet , I don't have a scale either I want to buy a good one. Right, now I get weigh at the doctors office once a month. I heard that diet soda makes you gain weight. What surprising is people that only drink diet soda , have a higher risk of obesity.

| Re: New here have a few questions do you excersise? Because I walk alot ontop of counting calories. I have never found it hard to lose weight just hard to keep losing weight. I have 240 to lose and im giving myself 4 years to reach that goal, but dieting hard for 4 years is so hard. I can lose weight in a month easy its just so hard to keep it up.

| Re: New here have a few questions Diet soda's sweeteners can make your body crave more sugar/sweets after you drink it, so although you're saving the calories, you may want to have other sweets even more later on. See if you notice an impact, but regardless switching to diet over regular is better, there's no doubting that.
Here's a scale to 440lbs, that's cheap, but to go above 480 you need to spend at least $150 or so. DIGIWEIGH DW-68G HEAVY-DUTY PERSONAL BATHROOM SCALE

| Re: New here have a few questions I know they do, mostly make me crave carbs. But it actually sorta settles my want for sweets so idk. Anyway Im gonna buy that scale cause its a good buy and i should be breaking 440 soon. Thanks so much.
