Hello everyone. My name is Trice. I am new to the forum and really need some motivation and information on weight loss and good nutrition. I have struggled for the past three years to maintain a healthy body image since my last son was born. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Trice,

Glad you joined us. You can get all of the help you need here. I remember the after baby weight, and how difficult it can be to find the time and motivation to deal with it. My suggestion is to find a food plan that allows you to eat 5 times a day. That way, you will have the energy you need to function. Also, in addition to eating less, exercise, even taking walks or going up and down flights of stairs, will be helpful. I found that having a weight loss buddy really helped. We took morning walks together (even with kids in strollers) 5 days a week. Knowing that someone is waiting for you is a powerful motivator. You can do this. Good luck!
