Welcome; we're glad to have you with us! 100lbs in a year is very doable with proper eating. Do you plan on introducing exercise into the mix as well?

Welcome! I too am trying for big numbers. I set my goals to what I thought I could reasonably attain as to not get unmotivated. Now just to make it through super bowl, valentines day and easter without being sabotaged!

Thanks guys-
I travel alot for work so thats constantly working against me- I know i need to squeeze exercise time in- I just have to figure that out-
I have one of those gazelle things from TV- I have used it some, I need to make it an everyday thing for cardio though- I have a Gold's gym membership that I honestly haven't used in a year. I am not completely sure its still good- I think it is- That would be embarrassing though- "Sir your membership expired 8 months ago, had you gotten off you fat ass you would have known that." I hate that abercrombie twig boy who works that front desk...

Where do you usually travel to? I had the luxury of having a 24hr fitness membership when I traveled and they had gyms all over the western US.

Japan, The UK (London), All over the US- Plus on schedule for the rest of the year, Germany, China, India... plus who knows where else-
I always lose weight in Japan though- Nothing but fish and Rice for a couple weeks, Alot of walking everywhere.
I figure I am bound to lose weight in India- I cant imagine not picking up some food poisoning- That place scares me
