 New article on blog
Just wanted to let everyone know I have finally started my weight loss blog. Or should I say weight loss "blook" since this will eventually be published as a book. Its very rudimentary - havent even posted anything about myself on it at this point (maybe tomorrow?) but I do have my first article posted. It is on aerobics and it is different .
If you get a few minutes please check it out and let me know what you think....good, bad, indifferent. Also let me know if there is anything more you think I need to add that would be helpful.
