| Hiya Hi everyone
This website seems really cool, I'm glad I found it.
Well, I just signed up with a personal trainer, and am going to start this evening. We're starting with a 6-week fat loss program to 'kick start' the process, and we're meeting 3 times per week. Thats about all I know so far.
see ya!

see ya! | Personal trainers are a great idea, for the motivation and guidance they provide. Does this 6 week fat loss program consist only of exercise or does it require a change in eating habits too?
Welcome!

i just want to know if its worth the money. | It is absolutely worth the money. The problem is most people cannot afford them long term or even at all. If you cannot afford the personal trainer long term, the key coming out of this experience is to set yourself up so that eventually you can continue to exercise and eat healthy on your own. You may want to consider taking notes at the gym (writing down the lifts you do, how many sets, how many repetitions, and the weight you use).
I used to train friends for free. I myself was a powerlifter and athlete in high school and college.

So, I went to my first appointment today.
It went really well, I think.
We did some weight machines for the whole body, and my new diet's starting tomorrow.

Wait until it cools then put 1cup milk in a bender, add oatmeal, 1 tb all natural peanut butter and a 1/2 a banana, I also use a vanilla whey protein to add 26g or protein to the mix. I do this every morning, quick fast and easy!

Does whey protein have soy in it?
I think I'm allergic to soy. It makes my throat itchy, which is the most uncomfortable feeling ever.
