| Hi, my name is Tiffany I am 26 years old and need a bunch of help losing weight. I am doing this for me and my husband. I am 5 feet tall and weight 136 and my husband is 6'2 and weighs around 250. I personally would be super happy losing 15 pounds. Any advice or help would be appreciated.  Thanks guys!!!

| Re: Hi, my name is Tiffany There are a ton of ways to lose weight. I saw in the other thread your husband lifts weight and runs 2 miles 3 times a week.
Do you exercise? Can you share with us what you and your husband eat in a given day (includng condiments, drinks, sides, etc)?
That should help us narrow things down.

Thanks guys!!! | that is very nice of you to considering doing this not just for yourself but to do it for those that love you.  it is difficult to make suggestions without understanding how you eat and how you exercise if you do exercise, medicines you take etc

Maybe setup a little race between you two to hit your goals, with the loser having to pay up some how.

All I see is calories, calories, chicken, and calories  . I think changing both of your eating habits will have a big impact on your weight loss efforts.
