Hi everyone

Joined today. I am 56 and 70 lbs. overweight. I have always been between sz. 8 and 10 until several years ago when stressful situations and improper eating and dieting slowly packed it on. Problem was that I didn't appear to be as big as I truly was (solid). Now I am at the point where I need to get back to a comfortable and healthy size. One day at a time and a pound at a time just as it was gained.

Yep, slow and steady wins the race, that is the best way to go about things.

Have you figured out how you are going to go about losing the weight?

You took a good first step by coming here and have the right attitude as to how quickly to lose, you will do fine I am sure! How do you plan to lose?
