| Re: Hi Still working on that part, I've been reading a lot of the info in the forums but I still have no clue on how to make good meal plan. As for exercise i don't have access to a gym right now so I've been playing WiiSports a lot lately, It gets me sweating and it's fun.

| Re: Hi I bought some books on nutrition to understand what is food and how to plan meals. You'll find plenty at amazon.com. Even if you decide to go to a dietologist and not do it yourself, you'll understand what's going on rather than just following suggestions.
