Hey, thanks

To be honest I really don't know where to start.
I've tried so many diets, lost weight and then put it all back on again. I'm stuck in a job where I have to sit all day and by the time I get home i'm emotionally drained.
I'm going to cut out all the fatty foods and start to exercise/go to the gym more but I think i'm going about it the wrong way.
Any tips?
