The changes that made me want to lose weight so badly is I saw myself becoming a fat slob...And I really wanted to change and now I have so many goals for when I lose weight. I plan on losing weight by watching my intake and try to follow the 1,500 - 1,200 calorie a day limit, drink alot of water, exercise more and in time I will be able to play more with my siblings and help out more, I will not feel all sluggish and tired...or lonely..Thanks for creating such a good website for interacting...
