| hey im new hey im amber and im new on the site. I have been weightloss struggling badly for the last year.Im 20 years old married mother of one and im 223 lbs!!!!! the sad part is ive already lost 39lbs..  help with the weight loss fight.. ive been doing WW for awhile now and on plateau for almost 3mo

It's not sad that you've already lost 39lbs! It's great! Just take 1 day at a time (like I do), and the weight will just melt off!
Don't worry about the plateau. It'll eventually pass.

| Re: hey im new 39lbs loss is great!!! Plateau's are the very reason I only weigh myself every 4 months at my Dr's Office. I know me and I know I would get discouraged if I went 3 weeks or more without losing.

| Re: hey im new wow i have to weigh daily or i feel i will get off track.. i do okay its just blah.. im starting on 1200 calories only this week.. ive been doing WW but im not sure on calories because i do points. so i thought this week i would try counting calories to see if this helps

We can help you with that!!! Counting calories IS the way to go, and if you eat 1200 calories a day, you will for sure start losing weight again.

Plateaus definetly suck. It's hard to keep up with something when you're not seeing any results from it.
Have been exercising? Maybe adding some exercise with your WW could kick start you, or even increasing the intensity/length of your exercise.

wow 39lbs is great , i've struggled with my weight for years, but this time i'm more determined to do it
