I am embarrased by this weight and I am really hoping to lose it all soon. I recently bought a recubment bike and so far in around 50 minutes i have burned 300 calories.
I have a few questions about the following..
How many calories do I have to lose a week to have me have a chance at losing at least 2 pounds a week?
How long should I ride on the bike to have a chance at 2 pounds a week?
I am really confident that I can lose weight but by reading online I saw that it takes a lot more calories than just 300 to lose a pound. I really need to lose weight because first of all I am embarrased. I feel like there is things that I am missing out on..
Please any help or suggestions are apprecciated. |
I need to know more information about you to figure out what needs to happen for you to lose 2 pounds a week. You need to create a 1000 calorie deficit on average each day to accomplish that goal... 1lb of fat = 3500 calories. So in a week to lose 2 lbs of fat you need to consume 7000 calories less than you burn.
If you can tell me your age and how often you will be exercising each week and at what level, I can tell you exactly how much food you need to eat to accomplish your goals.
