| Hey ya so i was doing a project for english class on teen obesity and i came across this forum. im not fat nor am i obese im just skinny and instead of lossing weight i would like to gain it. im 14, 5"7,125 lbs
anyone help me out? |

anyone help me out? | At your age the two best things you could do would be to substantially increase the number of calories you eat and lifting very light weights to build a little muscle mass. I would not lift heavy weight at your age.

any recomendations of where i could get it ? | You can go to any Hi-Health, GNC or general nutrition/health store to get a weight gainer protein shake. If you want to save a few dollars you can buy the same weight gainer shakes online.
Some of them don't taste very good at all. The ones that I have found that taste the best are made by Cytosport (many others agree with this). The weight gainer proten shake is galled "CytoGainer." Cytosport - CytoGainerâ„¢
Here is the nutritional value with water or with 2% milk.
Have two of these a day and I bet you'll be packing on some weight in no time.
