Hello It`s me...latoya

Hello together

I am latoya and new in this forum. I am interested in Sports, Diet, children, family and friends.
Especially diet and weight loss themes are recently interesting. I f anybody can help me or give an good advise how to loose weight - here with it.

Welcome to this forum. I am sure you will find lots of advise in here and everybody is willing to help you. So you mentioned that you need some advise on how to lose weight. We need some more information about your behaviour of eating to help you. What do you usually eat in a day? And what about exercising?

Hi Latoya so what have you done lately? Have you started to try any kind of diet? Or have you decided to exercise more often? Or maybe you have even decided to try something else. Anyways we are looking forward to hear about your progress in losing weight! Hopefully you have found something that suits you well.
